This ruined fourteenth-century Tughlaq-era hunting lodge lies deep within the forested central ridge, accessible only by a rough forest path. Its thick rubble walls, arched openings and vaulted chambers reflect the austere building style of the Sultanate period, when such structures dotted the wooded uplands. In the late twentieth century the abandoned building became the reclusive residence of individuals claiming princely descent, adding a strange modern chapter. The overgrown ruin has since become one of the city's most mysterious sites.
