By accessing and using this website (the "Service"), operated by Marlon Böhland, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides curated travel destination information for personal, non-commercial reference. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated means to extract data at scale without our permission.

Destination information is provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete or out of date. It is not travel, safety, or booking advice. Always verify critical details (such as entry requirements, opening times, and safety conditions) with official sources before you travel.

The Service, its design, and its curated content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Image credits are shown on each destination. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the Service without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the information it provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

In addition to this website, we offer the Vonda app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple silicon Macs (the "App"). These Terms of Use apply to the App as well, together with the provisions in this section.

Content you create in the App — trips, itinerary days, packing lists, and bucket lists — is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud synchronization, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this content and do not store or process it on our servers. The App and the website accounts are separate: nothing you save in the App is transmitted to this website, and nothing you save on this website appears in the App.

Subscriptions for the App are sold and managed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Billing and payment information is handled by Apple; we never receive or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, remove proprietary notices, or use the App in a way that could damage or impair it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or parts of it; your statutory rights and Apple's refund policies for subscriptions remain unaffected.

These terms, including this App section, are governed by Swiss law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
