The Palace of the National Military Circle is a grand French neoclassical building completed in 1912 as a social and cultural hub for army officers. It fronts a small square near University Square, its facade lined with columns and a formal terrace often used for events. Inside, ballrooms, a marble staircase, and richly decorated salons host concerts, exhibitions, and official receptions. The building replaced an old monastery and remains one of the finest belle-époque structures along the central boulevards of the capital.
