The Petronas Twin Towers stand 452 metres above Kuala Lumpur and held the title of world's tallest buildings from 1998 to 2004. Designed by César Pelli with Islamic geometric motifs integrated into the structural form, they remain the defining element of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The double-decker sky bridge connecting the two towers at floors 41 and 42 is open to visitors, offering views across the KLCC park and the city beyond.
