The KLCC district forms the commercial and symbolic heart of the Malaysian capital, centred on the 50-acre KLCC Park laid out around a public lake below the Petronas Twin Towers. At dusk the park's Symphony Lake becomes a foreground for some of the most recognized cityscape photographs in Asia, with the towers' reflections visible in the still water. The surrounding Jalan Ampang corridor concentrates the city's highest concentration of embassies, luxury hotels, and international retail.
