Fundación Proa

Set in a renovated Italianate building on the colorful La Boca waterfront, this private art center presents modern and contemporary exhibitions in a striking glass-and-steel interior. It has no fixed permanent collection, instead mounting ambitious temporary shows of Argentine and international artists, from historical avant-gardes to living figures.
