Osgoode Hall is a stately neoclassical building in downtown Toronto that has served since the 1830s as the home of Ontario's legal profession and its senior courts. Set behind a distinctive wrought-iron fence with narrow cow-gates, its elegant halls include an ornate library and richly decorated courtrooms. The complex grew over decades into a sprawling ensemble blending Palladian and Victorian elements. As the historic seat of the Law Society and Court of Appeal, it remains a working legal centre.
