This fourteenth-century Tughlaq-era hunting lodge or pavilion stands isolated within the wooded central ridge, reached by a track through the forest. Built of rough rubble masonry, its arched chambers and open courtyard once served as a rest stop, possibly connected to the reign of Firuz Shah Tughlaq. The building's remote setting and enigmatic name have attached numerous local legends and ghost stories to the ruin over the years. It is an atmospheric example of Sultanate secular architecture in a wild pocket of forest.
