A hilltop park in the heart of Busan crowned by the city's landmark observation tower, reached by escalators rising from the busy market and shopping streets below. The name refers to a dragon's head mountain. Its terraces hold a statue of Admiral Yi Sun-sin, a memorial bell, and gardens of camellia and other trees, while the tower offers sweeping views over the harbor, the offshore bridge, and the dense cityscape. A green oasis above the downtown bustle, it has long been one of the port city's most visited public spaces.
