Old Jewish Cemetery, Prague

In use from the early 15th century until 1787, this cramped cemetery in Josefov holds thousands of leaning gravestones layered many burials deep. It is among the oldest surviving Jewish cemeteries in Europe and a poignant relic of Prague's ghetto.
