Titanic Belfast is a museum and visitor experience occupying the historic shipyard quarter of Belfast where the RMS Titanic was designed and built, opened in 2012 on the centenary of the ship's sinking. The building's angular steel facade references the ship's hull geometry and stands adjacent to the surviving Thompson Dry Dock where the vessel was last floated. The exhibition traces Belfast's industrial shipbuilding heritage and the Titanic's construction, voyage, and loss.
