Victoria Terrasse is a monumental late-nineteenth-century residential and office complex in central Oslo that today houses the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Its long facades with domed corner towers, built in a French-inspired historicist style, once formed one of the city's grandest apartment developments. Later given over to government use, it now coordinates Norway's diplomacy. While the ministry is closed to visitors, the ornate exteriors along the terraced street remain a notable city-centre feature.
