Known by its acronym MODO and set in an Art Nouveau building in the Roma neighborhood, this museum is devoted to design, communication, and everyday objects. Its collection of tens of thousands of items includes vintage packaging, advertising, toys, and household goods that document changing consumer culture and graphic design in Mexico. Rotating thematic exhibitions explore how mundane products carry social and aesthetic meaning. The restored 1906 building is itself part of the appeal.
