Gedung Merdeka

Gedung Merdeka is a landmark hall in Bandung best known as the venue of the 1955 Asian-African Conference, a milestone in the emergence of the Non-Aligned Movement. Originally an early-20th-century social club built in an art deco style, it now houses a museum recounting the conference and the wider decolonisation era.
