The Piarist Church, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, is the first Baroque church of Transylvania, completed in Cluj-Napoca in the 1720s. Built by the Jesuits and later run by the Piarist order, its twin-towered facade and richly decorated interior mark a turning point in the region's architecture. Inside, gilded altars, a fine organ, and a revered icon of the Virgin draw worshippers. Attached to a former college that shaped generations of scholars, the church stands on a central street near the university buildings it once served.
