Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum

A museum in Peace Memorial Park that documents the events and aftermath of the August 1945 atomic bombing of Hiroshima through artifacts, testimonies, and architectural remains. The adjacent preserved A-bomb Dome ruin and the cenotaph aligned toward it structure an axis of commemoration along the park's central spine.
