Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (Paraguay)

Paraguay's national fine arts museum in central Asunción preserves painting, sculpture and works on paper by Paraguayan and international artists. Founded in the early twentieth century around a donated private collection, it traces the development of art in the country alongside European examples. The galleries occupy a historic building in the governmental district of the capital.
