This contemporary arts centre in Ankara occupies converted railway maintenance workshops beside the main line, reusing the industrial architecture of the old locomotive depot. Since opening in the late 2000s it has become the capital's leading venue for modern and contemporary art, hosting rotating exhibitions, installations and design shows in its long, high-ceilinged halls.
