A riverside park on the northern bank of the Han River in eastern Seoul, developed on a former sandbar once used for royal military reviews. Today it offers swimming pools, a marina, cycling and inline-skating paths, and a distinctive glass observation and cultural building shaped like a giant beetle. The park is a favorite for summer water sports, picnics beneath temporary tents, and evening strolls along the water. Ferries and pleasure boats depart from its docks, and it connects to the broader network of Han River parks.
