A cluster of royal tombs in the Gangnam district holding the burial mounds of Joseon kings Seongjong and Jungjong and Queen Jeonghyeon, set within a wooded park that survives as a rare pocket of green amid glass office towers. Part of the Royal Tombs of the Joseon Dynasty grouping, the grassy mounds are guarded by carved stone figures of officials, animals, and lanterns arranged according to Confucian ritual. Shaded walking paths make it a quiet retreat for office workers and visitors seeking calm in the business district.
