Neptune's Fountain is the emblematic bronze centrepiece of Gdańsk's Long Market, depicting the sea god with his trident in a nod to the city's maritime wealth. Cast in the early 17th century, it was among the first monumental secular fountains in the region and reflects the prosperity of the Baltic port. The figure is enclosed by an ornate wrought-iron railing decorated with gilded emblems. Hidden during the war, it was restored afterward and stands before the elaborate Artus Court.
