Universeum

Universeum is a large science centre in Gothenburg that combines interactive exhibits with living environments spread over several floors. Its centrepiece is an indoor rainforest housing tropical plants, birds and reptiles, alongside aquariums, a section on space and technology, and hands-on displays for younger visitors. The stepped glass architecture allows daylight into the humid interior habitats. Designed to make science and ecology tangible, it draws school groups and families and ranks among the most visited attractions in the city.
