This museum in Oslo's Frogner district occupies the studio-residence built for sculptor Gustav Vigeland, who lived and worked here from the 1920s under an agreement with the city. Its high-ceilinged halls display original plaster models, bronzes, granite figures and drawings that trace his creative process behind the nearby sculpture park. Visitors walk through the artist's preserved apartment and see the full-scale casts used for his monumental public commissions.
