This main railway terminus in the city center is a celebrated example of Valencian Art Nouveau architecture, completed in the early twentieth century. Its facade and interior are richly decorated with ceramic mosaics, carved wood, and stained glass depicting oranges, flowers, and motifs celebrating the region's agriculture. The ticket hall glows with colorful tilework rarely found in working stations. Beside the bullring, it forms part of an elegant early twentieth-century ensemble.
