Tebet Eco Park is a revitalised green space in south Jakarta, reopened in 2022 after two neglected city parks were merged and redesigned around ecological principles. The scheme restored a stream, created rain gardens and wetlands to manage flooding, and linked the two halves with a curving red pedestrian bridge that has become its signature feature. Boardwalks thread through replanted vegetation meant to nurture urban biodiversity. It is often cited as a model for climate-adaptive park design in the flood-prone capital.
