A museum in Kraków on the bank of the Vistula dedicated to Japanese art and Polish-Japanese cultural exchange. It was inspired by the film director Andrzej Wajda, who funded it with an award and named it after a passionate collector of Japanese prints. The building's wave-like roof echoes Japanese aesthetics beside the river. Displays include woodblock prints, ceramics, armour and textiles, alongside exhibitions on design and technology. The institution also hosts language courses, tea ceremonies and cultural events.
