This striking modern tower stands on the Swan River foreshore at Barrack Square and houses a historic ring of bells, several of which came from a London church with links to early voyages to Australia. Completed in 2000, its copper sails and glass spire rise beside the water in central Perth. Visitors can climb through galleries to watch and even try bell ringing, and an observation deck offers views over the river and city. It is presented as one of the largest musical instruments in the world.
