This Anglican cathedral stands on St Georges Terrace in central Perth and is the seat of the city's Anglican archbishop. Designed in a Victorian Gothic style and consecrated in 1888, it is built largely of handmade brick rather than stone, giving it a warm, distinctive appearance among the surrounding modern towers. The interior features timber roof trusses, stained glass and memorials to figures from the state's history. A contemplative garden and burrup terrace connect it to the neighbouring civic square.
