A heritage and arts complex in Central occupying the former Central Police Station, magistracy, and Victoria Prison, an ensemble of colonial buildings dating from the 1840s. After years of restoration, the granite courtyards and cell blocks reopened in 2018 as a centre for heritage, contemporary art, and dining, with a striking pair of aluminium-clad galleries added above the old walls. Visitors tour preserved prison yards and exhibition spaces. It is now a leading cultural anchor amid the surrounding bars.
