The principal public art museum of the port city of Busan, located in the Haeundae district near the convention and beach area. Opened in 1998, it presents modern and contemporary Korean and international art through its permanent collection and rotating exhibitions across several floors. An adjoining annex houses an immersive space devoted to a renowned avant-garde artist known for infinity mirror rooms and polka-dot installations. Together with the nearby cinema and film center, it anchors the cultural life of the eastern part of the city.
