An elevated linear park created by converting a disused highway overpass near Seoul Station into a pedestrian skywalk. Opened in 2017, its name blends the roadway's 1970 construction with its year of rebirth, and its concrete deck is planted with hundreds of species of trees, shrubs, and flowers arranged by botanical family. The walkway links the station area to nearby neighborhoods and markets, offering elevated views over the tracks and traffic below, with cafes, foot spas, and small performance spaces dotted along its length.
