The Sinaia Casino is an elegant belle-époque building in the Prahova Valley resort town, opened in 1913 near the royal Peles domain. Designed in a French style with grand halls and terraces, it once drew wealthy visitors for gambling and society events beneath the Carpathian peaks. After decades of varied use it was restored as a conference and cultural centre. Its ornate interiors, formal gardens, and mountain backdrop make it a landmark of the town that grew around the summer palace of Romania's kings.
