Quiet village on the north coast of Walcheren where broad beaches meet the wooded dunes of the Manteling estate landscape. Its 15th-century church tower dominates a center of small shops and cafes, and cycling paths fan out toward Domburg and the castle grounds of Westhove. The mix of forest, dune, and sand within a short walk is unusual for the Dutch coast.
