A major public aquarium set within Ocean Expo Park on the northwestern coast of Okinawa's main island, housing a large tank called the Kuroshio Sea containing whale sharks and manta rays alongside a diverse coral reef ecosystem native to the surrounding Indo-Pacific waters. The aquarium is part of a broader park complex that includes Okinawa native flora displays and traditional Ryukyu village reconstructions. It represents one of the primary family-oriented cultural facilities on the main island.
