The Daegu 83 Tower is an observation tower on Duryu Mountain in the inland city of Daegu, rising about 202 metres above a large amusement and leisure complex. Its slim shaft flares into a disc near the top holding observation decks and a revolving restaurant, with views across the city basin and the ringing mountains. The tower stands within a park that includes a theme park, gardens and event venues, making it a family destination. Illuminated at night, it is the tallest structure in the city.
