A landscaped urban park on the left bank of Astana laid out as part of the capital's ambitious redevelopment, offering wide walking avenues, fountains and shaded seating. It links several of the city's showpiece buildings and provides a green corridor away from the traffic of the surrounding boulevards. Families gather here in the mild months, and the alignment of paths frames long views toward the taller monuments. In winter the open layout becomes a bright, snow-covered promenade for residents.
