One of Hong Kong's busiest temples, dedicated to a Taoist healing deity and famed for granting wishes on matters of health, business, and love. The colourful complex blends Taoist, Buddhist, and Confucian worship across ornate halls, a nine-dragon wall, and landscaped gardens with an arched bridge over a carp pond. Worshippers shake numbered bamboo sticks in a fortune-telling ritual, then consult soothsayers below. Its incense-wreathed courtyards throng with pilgrims, especially around the Lunar New Year.
