A cluster of sculptural concert and event buildings on the redeveloped Love River estuary, opened to anchor Kaohsiung's harbour-front cultural district. Its crystalline, coral-inspired towers and a whale-like performance hall rise beside the water, linked by elevated walkways and public plazas. Designed for popular and contemporary music, it hosts concerts and festivals while doubling as a striking piece of waterfront architecture. Illuminated at night, the faceted white forms reflect in the harbour.
