A cultural complex set in a former winery and distillery dating to 1914, its red-brick and concrete industrial buildings repurposed into galleries, boutiques, cafes, and performance spaces. The site preserves the machinery halls, chimneys, and warehouses of Japanese-era industry, now softened by climbing vines and open lawns where festivals are held. It has become a focal point of Taipei's independent film, theatre, and design scene. Weekends bring craft fairs and open-air concerts to the tree-lined plazas.
