A scattering of tiny white-sand cays off Nicaragua's remote Caribbean coast, reached by boat from Pearl Lagoon. Coconut palms, clear turquoise shallows, and nesting hawksbill turtles define the scene, with barely any infrastructure. Day trips are organized through Creole and Miskito communities on the mainland.
