An uninhabited island national park north of Isla Mujeres that serves as a sanctuary for frigatebirds, pelicans, and nesting sea turtles. Visitor numbers are capped each day, so its lagoons and white beaches remain in near-pristine condition, reachable only on licensed boat tours.
