One of the first marine parks in the Indian Ocean, protecting the waters around six islands just offshore from Victoria. Glass-bottom boat tours, snorkelling and island lunches are the standard day trip from Mahé, with seagrass meadows grazed by turtles between the reefs. Fishing and jet skis are banned throughout the park.
