A mountain town at the foot of Jebel Zaghouan, where a grand Roman water temple marks the source that once fed Carthage through a 132-kilometer aqueduct. The peak above offers some of northern Tunisia's best hiking and climbing, with Andalusian heritage in the old quarter below.
