Ol Pejeta is a 364-square-kilometre private conservancy on the Laikipia Plateau, home to the world's last two northern white rhinos and one of the highest densities of black rhino in Kenya. Chimpanzees rescued from conflict zones in Central Africa are housed in a sanctuary within the conservancy. The property also shelters lions, wild dogs, and a large cattle herd managed to demonstrate coexistence between livestock and wildlife.
