Playa del Inglés

Playa del Inglés is Gran Canaria's largest resort beach, stretching for about three kilometres of golden sand where the Maspalomas dune system meets the southern coast. The beach grades from a broad flat strand at its northern end to progressively wilder dune terrain toward Maspalomas, offering both highly developed resort facilities and natural sandy landscapes within walking distance of each other. The consistent trade-wind swell attracts both casual bathers and windsurfers.
