Praia da Marinha

Praia da Marinha lies on the central Algarve coast between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, enclosed by towering ochre limestone cliffs pierced by sea arches and grottos. The rock formations at the shoreline — stacks, tunnels, and sculpted platforms — are among the most intricate on the Atlantic coast of the Iberian Peninsula.
