A sequence of seven chalk headlands forming white cliffs along the East Sussex coast within the South Downs National Park, the Seven Sisters are named individually from Went Hill Brow to Haven Brow. The view from the opposing cliff at Seaford Head across Cuckmere Haven to the line of white headlands is among the most reproduced coastal images in England. The cliffs are actively eroding, making the view a changing record of coastal geological processes.
