Torc Waterfall tumbles 20 metres over Old Red Sandstone in the Killarney National Park, fed by the Owengarriff River descending from the Mangerton Mountain plateau. A short woodland path from the N71 road leads directly to the falls through mature oak and yew forest that forms part of one of the oldest native woodlands in Ireland. A higher viewpoint path above the falls offers views across the Lower Lake and Killarney town on clear days.
