Willowbank Wildlife Reserve

This wildlife park on the northern edge of Christchurch specialises in native New Zealand fauna, offering close encounters with kiwi in a nocturnal house alongside other endemic birds and reptiles. The reserve is set among natural bush and wetlands and also keeps farm and introduced animals. A Maori cultural experience with performance and a hangi meal operates on site in the evenings.
