Aso Villa

Aso Villa, more formally the Presidential Villa, is the official residence and office of the President of Nigeria, sitting at the foot of Aso Rock in the capital. The heavily secured complex hosts state functions, cabinet meetings, and the reception of foreign dignitaries. Its name has become shorthand in Nigerian political discourse for the presidency itself. While public access is tightly controlled, the villa's setting beneath the towering granite monolith makes it one of Abuja's most recognisable seats of power in the purpose-built capital.
